Support for me at @atomHQ has been very good. Contacted them today and all resolved in a few minutes.
I agree the premium rules are not good to work with and maybe @darpanmunjal will consider a review.
I have stopped adding domains to Premium and will be considering a switch to Plus or Standard for the existing Premium names.
Today I'm delisting all 623 of my Premium domains from Atom.
This is not a rant. Atom is a great marketplace and I'll keep using it.
But their Premium rules don't fit any venue I work with:
• Premium domains can't be listed on Sedo
• My Afternic price has to be 10% above Atom's
• Too many demands on every domain
• Support is much slower than Dynadot or Sedo
So from now on, nothing goes on Atom as Premium.

When researching domains, always check the plural.
A taken singular doesn’t necessarily mean the plural is worthless.
In some industries, the plural actually makes more commercial sense.
Think services, products, directories and marketplaces.
One extra letter can completely change the potential audience.
