People who don't understand animation think this is expensive, it is not.
This artist is drawing 12 to 24 finished illustrations for 1 second of animation.
So 20$ to 10$ an illustration.
I'm addition, they are wearing many hats to get the final product done.
In the animation industry, no one is drawing a full animation start to finish.
The job is separated between; story board artists, key frame animators, filler frame animators, clean up and colorist.
This person is doing every job in their service and their pay is justified.

I got the alert twice and ran for my life outside 😭
Japan just had its own version of the Hawaii missile scare. At around 12:40, an emergency alert was broadcasted warning of an imminent magnitude 9.9 earthquake off the coast of Hokkaido.
A magnitude 9.9 earthquake, if it happened, would be the strongest earthquake ever recorded, releasing approximately 22 times more energy than the 2011 Tohoku Earthquake.
Fortunately just minutes later the earthquake alert was withdrawn and confirmed to be a false alarm. But for those few minutes, people across the country held their breath bracing for a potentially catastrophic earthquake that ultimately never came.

This is EXTREMELY rude to the ARTIST and what they do for us as a community.
EVEN. IF. YOU. PAID. FOR. IT.
There are a BUNCH of people in the comments saying that since money was provided to the artist for the OG art, it is okay to shove it through gen A.I.
BUT THEY ARE WRONG. You are literally STEALING the artist's talent, style, work, and LITERALLY YEARS of their hard work/training to get to that point where they are able to support YOUR lifestyle and hobbies. ITS THE PRINCIPLE.
PAY. YOUR. ARTISTS.
In this case, the OP literally put that artist in a position where they are missing out on money they RIGHTFULLY could have earned by using THEIR art through gen A.I. You stole the opportunity away from a human and SHOVED IT INTO A MACHINE.

If you're a small streamer, this is true
Imagine This: Your viewer gets a notification that you went live, Clicks it, Then is disappointed to get hit with a 5 min (or longer) Starting Soon screen
They'll leave.
Large streamers can do long 'Starting Soon' scenes because their audience will actually sit through it (they've built a strong community over years)
When you’re smaller, you don’t have that pull yet.. It's better to just get straight into the stream
