Great leaders are great communicators.
It’s not just about what they say and how they say it… it’s also about a sense of urgency to getting the job done.
If you want to be successful, you don’t get to hide behind a title—you earn trust through presence and communication. Every. Single. Day.
You have the hard conversations, not just the easy ones.
Because in this game—and in leadership—talent might win you a few games, but trust wins you championships.
At this year’s Better Leadership Conference, Coastal Carolina’s Kevin Schnall left us with some powerful words about how important it is to communicate no matter what.

Sooo.....
@NCAABaseball
Can you again explain to us why you felt @CoastalBaseball was a 13-seed, but Auburn was #4 and Ole Miss 10?
Help us understand.
Yessssssss I said the same thing!! What a snub!! TERRIBLE!!! He’s an All American in my eyes and I know many other people as well. .@cmiller05
Thanks for the info…
I guess a 11-0 record, 2.15 ERA, and 0.934 WHIP is not enough to make @PerfectGameUSA’s all-American list.
But it’s good enough to lead @CoastalBaseball to Omaha!
Look forward to seeing @GoCCUsports & Teal Nation this week!
CCU in Omaha!
We’re .@CoastalBaseball in Omaha I’m there!!! .@CoastalBaseball .@GoCCUsports #eduardoperez .@espn .@NCAABaseball

Spent quite a bit of time watching college baseball this weekend. I will only watch a select few teams from here on out. Reason? They have coaches that respect the game and their opponents and demand the same of their players. Any team that doesn’t wear the uni correctly, taunts the other team, and has a coach that condones this behavior, is a disgrace to the game. Big fan of coach Schnall at Coastal Carolina! Him and his team represent what college baseball should be like. Well done, sir! U stand for proper behavior.
