Author of Mistaken Identity | I was once a victim of childhood abuse. It haunted me for 50 years until I made it out. I’m here to show others how to break free.
If what you're doing isn't working...stop doing more of it.
Sometimes the answer isn't trying harder. It's stepping back.
What is you need a break-not a breakthrough?
What if frustation isn't the problem...but your expectations are?
Bob Proctor said it in one sentence:
"Your expections aren't being met."
Change the expectations. Change everything.
They lied about goal setting. You can't just "think positive" and have anything you want.
If you don't believe you're capable or deserving, your own beliefs can sabotage the goal.
Maybe the goal isn't the problem. Maybe it's who you believe you are.
You were never broken. You were taught to believe you were. Healing starts when you realize it wasn't your fault. What happened to you didn't happen because of you.
You don't need everyone to understand you to be okay.
Stop explaining. Stop proving. Stop chasing validation.
Stop trying to be understood. Start being free.
You don't lack amition. You may be living from a false identity you learned as a child.
Change how you see yourself-and your future can change with it.
You never were the problem.
You just learned to believe you were.
And you've spent years trying to fix something that was never broken.
There is nothing wrong with you. There never was.
Comment: "THIS IS ME" if this hit home.
You don't need to win every argument.
You need to be FREE.
Free from proving.
Free from defending.
Free from the childhood wounds that made being wrong feel like being worthless.
If you're ready to stop fighting and start living:
Comment: I WANT TO BE FREE.
The people who trigger you the most may be showing you what still needs healing.
Family knows exactly where your buttons are...but freedom begins when they push one and you no longer react.
