That app I was talking about being in a 9 year private beta finally got approved by the @AppStore. It's called Omnom and it's been our family's food operating system for almost a decade. Here's why I love it 🧵
Set up an @OpenAI Dot. Called it, sent an email to schedule a coffee. It's the closest thing to a personal assistant that I've seen so far.
I know that all of these agents can do it but I just trust OAI more than the others and that goes a long way.
I knew I was an AI optimist, but damn. doom-or-bloom.com/public/ass…
This is feeling right these days.
Talked with a company where, a year ago they had unlimited AI budgets + CEO is technical and very bullish in AI
“We now have a daily budget limit for SOTA models. Use Fable and Astra only for planning, cheaper models are good enough for everything else.”
Want to stress this is an “AI-pilled” company, and not one that ever looked at AI budgets, before.
I'm this close 🤏 to getting a laptop to run @OmarchyLinux. My biggest hangup is having to get a keyboard that has a Windows and Copilot key on it.
My favorite thing are "best practices" posts for tools that are days old for two reasons:
1. It just came out. The idea that anyone knows what they're doing yet is hilarious.
2. This knowledge is going to be out of date in a couple of days.

The reward for making something good is a longer list of things you now know are wrong with it
Digging through @poteto's pstack skills is a gold mine but my favorite one by far is "bro".
Is this another pull-to-refresh moment??? We can only hope.
one of my favorite interactions i’ve been playing with lately on @ChatGPT: long press the +, drag to a recent photo, and let go to attach it instantly
you can even select one while the photos are still flying out and and it'll morph right into the composer
lmk what y'all think!
I think it's really interesting how people are mimicking human roles like engineers, designers, and pm's with their @bot's. I've taken a product lead approach and it seems to be working pretty well.
A long time ago, before the SpaceX acquisition, I wrote off @cursor_ai because I didn't want my heart to be broken when they folded – since there was no big computer behind them, they obviously didn't have a long term business model.
But post acquisition I'm back on the bus and I have to say... it's become my favorite way to build. Once you get cloud agents tuned up with bugbot and video reviews, it's so obviously correct.
