Today was Take Me Outside Day! We had a blast creating Environmental Art inspired by Andy Goldsworthy. Outdoor learning really brings out the teamwork and creativity in students. @FitchSchool @dsbn
In my family, my grandparents measured the grandchildren's heights every year. I'm bringing the tradition into the classroom for our measurement unit. We'll measure our height throughout the year to keep track of our growth, and use it as a metaphor for our personal development.
We're almost a whole month through the year! Where has the time gone? I've been loving getting to know my students over the past few weeks, and tonight I got to connect with families at the @FitchSchool Open House. Looking forward to learning and growing with this awesome bunch!
