If Heart successfully beats the case in Turkey on the merits of the evidence (proving that Finland's tax fraud claims are fabricated, politically motivated, or legally flawed), his defense team will immediately weaponize that victory. 🔥
‼️ They would take the certified Turkish court ruling and file a formal Request for Deletion with the Commission for the Control of Interpol’s Files (CCF) in France. ‼️
The Argument: They would argue that a sovereign court has thoroughly reviewed Finland's evidence and found it fundamentally flawed, meaning the Red Notice violates Interpol’s Constitution (specifically Article 3, which bans politically or abuse-driven notices). 📜
The Precedent: While the CCF is not strictly forced to follow a Turkish court's opinion, a detailed, winning judgment from a high-profile international extradition battle is the ❗️single most powerful piece of leverage a defense team can submit to force Interpol to completely delete the Red Notice worldwide.❗️
If Turkey throws the case out, Richard Heart would secure his safety within Turkey, but he would remain a fugitive globally until his lawyers successfully forced Interpol's central command to pull the plug on the notice itself.

• That's it. Everything else is speculation.
❓ WHAT WE DON'T KNOW
• Formally arrested? No ruling published.
• In prison? Unverified.
• Released? Unverified.
• Quinn Emanuel on the case? Unverified.
If someone tells you otherwise without a source, they're LARPing.
⏳ THE ONLY CLOCK THAT MATTERS
• 1 Nov (day 18): Türkiye can release him from the extradition hold if Finland hasn't filed.
• 23 Nov (day 40): Finland files a formal extradition request, or the hold ends. No extensions.
Held or under judicial control, 23 Nov is Finland's line.
♟️ MY THEORY (opinion, not fact)
I've said it from day one: Türkiye wasn't an accident.
He's in Türkiye to force Finland's hand. Get caught, go loud, start the 40-day clock. Make Finland act in front of a court that owes it nothing, or fold.
If Finland misses 23 Nov, that's a massive card for his lawyers. Any lawyer, Quinn Emanuel included, can take it straight to Interpol's appeal body, the CCF, to get the Red Notice deleted. From anywhere. Even while he's sitting in a Turkish cell.
‼️ IMPORTANT ‼️
QE cannot represent RH in a Turkish court. Anyone claiming they can is LARPing.
QE can still represent him before Interpol, wherever he is. The CCF accepts requests from any individual, through any lawyer. Interpol isn't a Turkish court.

Found some really interesting stuff , i'd say the completion is near and you'll see why when the update arrives. The peg mechanism is more sophisticated than previously thought. It can be done, but there are a few hurdles to overcome which i will present when the site is getting the update.
