AI was supposed to remove the bottleneck. Now the bottleneck has a countdown: "Limit reached. Resets at 3:00 PM." Fine, I’ll do it myself…

Obsidian 1.15 is now available! Some highlights:
1. Mermaid diagrams use our new rendering engine, Pele, which renders up to 500 times faster and uses your theme's colors and fonts.
2. Voice capture on iOS: record and transcribe voice notes as you speak, even from the Lock Screen.
4. PDF export on mobile.
5. Smarter list editing: indenting or moving a list item now moves nested items too.
6. Accent-insensitive search: cafe matches café in suggestions.
7. Community plugins load faster when the app starts.
Every time I switch AI models, the setup takes about 5 mins. Skills and indexes are Markdown files in my vault. The new model just reads them.
File over AI.
"File over AI" is @NickMilo line, built on Steph Ango's "File over app." My vault runs on Nick's ACE structure, so this one is mostly his fault.
Real example from yesterday: I created a new skill in Claude. Wanted it in Codex too. Asked Codex to pull the same SKILL.md file from the Skills index. Done.
