Lord help us with our vision, our knowledge & our patience. We see too much, we don't know enough & we're to quick to judge one another. Lord allow us to hear your voice clear & concise so that we may make rightful decisions to come closer to you & learn your will. #CoachPrime

Be happy be cheerful & be supportive of the next person. You displaying hatred & animosity don't solve any problems. There will be a time when that unconditional love may help a person get over a tremendous hurdle & God may use u to do it. Be available. #CoachPrime

I don’t know which spirit is worse. The spirit of Jealousy, Envy or Hate. I don’t have time to belabor this dilemma so I just continue to exude the Spirit of LOVE & I WIN every time. #CoachPrime

Positive People must stay Positive even when Negative people are Negative. How can we be upset with people that are good at being who they are. Now think about that. 🙏🏾👍🏾 #CoachPrime

“Winners embrace hard work. They love the discipline of it, the trade-off they're making to win. Losers, on the other hand, see it as punishment. And that's the difference.”

Everyone wants to be recognized & popular right now. We want significance, notoriety & attention but what's the purpose, the why or the reason? Make certain whatever we do it's glorifying God & blessing others or it serves no purpose. It's a chasing after the wind. #CoachPrime.

Examine the environment you're in? Is it conducive to your dreams & aspirations? Can u grow & prosper there? Make certain u address these questions immediately. If not you're wasting Time! It's Time to be honest with u & then it may be Time for u to disconnect. #CoachPrime

Congrats to Dadrian Cuthbertson, taking charge of West Rowan boys basketball program this season, replacing the legendary Mike Gurley. Will get to boys basketball previews after the girls. Still have numerous hoopers doing football and hopefully they will play FB a long time.

I'm not an expert on this stuff and I'm not a coach, but Salisbury's Wells seems to be pretty seriously under-recruited. He's one of the best backs I've seen in the county in the last 25 years. Awesome power/speed combination.
