linkedin outreach at email scale, hundreds of dms a day per account with no connection cap
we built it in-house after every tool we rented broke at our volume
4M+ linkedin dms later, now anyone can use it
comment "SEND" for access (+20% off)
linkedin is now burying posts that sound like chatgpt
over a million people have clicked the new "seems like AI slop" button since july
linkedin says posts it flags as slop are getting about 40% fewer views
its even retiring its own AI post writer
the guys posting "agree?" under a chatgpt slop post every morning are going to feel this one
and the people clicking that button are the same people opening your cold messages
so if your first message opens with "i came across your profile"
youre sending the exact tone a million of them just reported
we cut all of this before anything goes out:
- "i hope this finds you well"
- "quick question"
- "i came across your profile"
- "i noticed youre the head of growth at"
- anything starting with "we help companies like yours"
- the calendar link in message one
- a third line
what survives is 2 lines
the subject line is their first name
then one line with a result we got for a company like theirs
and underneath it, one question they can answer with yes
our best message ever was 19 words
every draft still gets read by a human before it sends (the agent that wrote it has no idea what slop sounds like)
if you dont have a following, im begging you:
- sell to old-school B2B companies on linkedin
- wholesalers and manufacturers
- owners who have run the same company since the 90s
- message the 60 year olds who read their own dms
- sign 4 of them at $5k a month. thats $20k/month
we generated a design agency 92 interested leads in 18 days off one linkedin account
zero personalisation in the messages
heres how it works:
the math:
4 clients at $5k/month = $20k/month. lose one and you still have $15k
one account, one list, 4 industries
no followers and no content, only a list of owners the gurus think are too old to sell to
if you want the software we use to send these, its eaglesend
weve sent 4M+ linkedin dms through this method
eaglesend.ai
im begging you:
- learn linkedin outbound
- book calls for your own agency first
- turn those calls into 3 clients
- charge $3,000 a month each
- use their results to sign 5 more
- quit the job
- move out
- send your mum on the holiday she keeps mentioning
- buy the watch you keep zooming in on
heres exactly how to do the first five:
0. WHY LINKEDIN (30 SECONDS)
a founder gets a handful of cold messages a month on linkedin, and reads them himself on his phone
an executive at yelp replied to a message we sent from a retired mans account. that man has never used yelp in his life
1. YOUR FIRST CLIENT IS YOU (2 WEEKS)
no case study? run the system on your own agency before anyone pays you
every call you book for yourself proves it works in the niche you picked
so when a founder asks "have you done this before?" you show him your own calendar
2. BUILD THE LIST FROM SIGNALS (ONE AFTERNOON)
a list of job titles is what your competitors send to. a list of reasons is what gets replies:
- changed jobs in the last 90 days
- commented on a competitors post this month
- voted in a poll about the problem you fix
- hiring for the role your service replaces
the first one alone gets us about 3x the replies of a normal list
3. SEND THE MESSAGE (ONCE THE PROFILE IS WARM)
message open profiles first, they cost no credit
every inmail that gets a reply inside 90 days hands the credit back, even a no
two lines: a result from a company like theirs, then one yes or no question
when someone accepts your connection request, send a 30 second voice note with no pitch in it. voice note sequences pull close to 40% for us
4. FOLLOW UP WITH A NEW REASON (DAY 3 AND DAY 7)
day 3 is a second result from a different client
four days later, ask "is this something for this quarter, or more of a next year thing?"
"next year" is a meeting with the date already on it. log it and come back in january
still quiet? message their boss a few days later
5. BOOK THE CALL (INSIDE 5 MINUTES)
answer a reply inside 5 minutes and 45% turn into meetings. leave it to the next morning and its 3%
"im not the right person" isnt a no. ask who is, then message them saying who sent you
6. RUN THE NUMBERS
3 clients at $3,000 = $9k a month
8 clients = $24k a month
15 clients = $45k a month
a profile you start warming tonight is ready to send in 3 to 4 weeks
thats mid november, with your first calls landing before christmas
the last four on the list never needed a guide. the watch takes about 10 minutes to order
our free playbook has the 30 signals, 13 follow-ups and what to say to 12 types of reply
comment "CALLS" and ill send it to you (must be following)
