You people are exactly where you need to be. Nigeria is exactly where it deserves to be.
I don’t know if I’m supposed to say this oh😭 Deep down every uni student wants to actually vote for TINUBU in 2027 I’m a beneficiary of Nelfund Student Loan & I must say, he actually cooked with that initiative

If I become President, the first thing I’ll abolish is these policemen standing behind politicians. We need sanity in the country. Sanity. When the children are done wasting our time, we the adults will build a sane, ordered, reasonable Nigeria. For now, let them enjoy.
"I respect Peter Obi... But beyond spouting some dubious statistics, Mr Obi has nothing to offer..." At the 32nd Nigerian Economic Summit in Abuja, Vice President Kashim Shettima compares petrol prices in Niger, Benin and Cameroon, saying Nigeria’s pump prices are not significantly different from those in neighbouring countries. #NES32

Hi Alex, Please it is crucial you read my message to you. Check your dm. Regards.
I have been thinking about how we can solve one of the biggest problems in science education in Nigeria: the lack of functional laboratories in our schools. Setting up and maintaining a proper science laboratory is expensive, and many schools simply cannot afford it. As a result, millions of students learn science without actually experiencing it. What if we changed that? I am proposing something called Lab Clusters. Imagine world-class Chemistry, Biology, Physics and Engineering laboratories established in strategic locations across Nigeria. Instead of every school struggling to build its own laboratory, schools can subscribe to these facilities, just like people subscribe to gyms. Students would visit at scheduled times to conduct real experiments, use modern equipment and learn science by actually doing science. One facility could serve dozens of schools and thousands of students. I believe this model could dramatically close the practical science education gap in Nigeria, especially for students in underserved communities. No Nigerian child should be denied practical science education simply because their school cannot afford a laboratory. I am seriously considering bringing this idea to life. What do you think?

Nigeria needs a Cultural Renaissance! Many of the lifestyles and cultural practices are not fit for purpose!
Before you grind your food outside, do you ask if they’ve cleaned the machine?

The man is not a Nigerian. He doesn’t speak the Nigerian language. He doesn’t think like a Nigerian. He’s a ray of sunshine in an otherwise dark and rotten room!
Having character like Tinubu at the leadership position is a very big mistake we all must collectively refuse to accept! He has poisoned and damaged the country by elevating reprobates and morally bankrupts who are ravaging the country. We must resist them come 2027!

You CAN’T fix all these 3 things in ALL of Nigeria. There are communities in the country that would rather live like Barbarians than modernize. It is easier, however, to establish some degree of sanity and order within certain defined enclaves in the country. Southeast is such!
Fix three things in Nigeria: EDUCATION, RULE OF LAW, and RELIABLE ELECTRICITY. Get these three right, and the foundations for national prosperity will begin to fall into place. Every presidential candidate should be challenged to present a credible, measurable plan for delivering all three. Nigeria doesn’t lack potential. It lacks functioning systems.

You, unfortunately, can’t return the genie to the bottle, no matter how far you try. You can’t un-cure people from believing that a woman changing to salt for merely looking back. Europe has been on an enlightenment path for centuries, beginning with the Renaissance. 1/2
Looked at from the point of view of scripture and Church history, what we are seeing is the natural punishment for apostasy. And that punishment will intensify until people stop deluding themselves that there is any solution, political or otherwise, short of a return to the faith

The only rational and reasonable way forward is to advance those ideas. The issue with you modern society is this desire to run backwards to the familiar, the convenient, whenever you encounter a new challenge. Find new theories, new ways of living, new ideas. Press on!

There’s a lot to uncover in the future to fawn over the past.

We are but shadows and dust!

It was your mistake to trust an untested Nigerian!
Can't believe we grew up watching and respecting this woman. She's such an irritating liar and a shithouse of classlessness. Lol. Abike Onigiri @abikedabiri - we were all on Twitter when it happened o.

Our society, I’m afraid, has not evolved to that point yet. Even the poor will outdo themselves at funerals, weddings, birthdays. We need a Cultural Renaissance. What you’re experiencing in Europe is the result of The Renaissance! We need something similar. Let’s talk.
We need a nation where ordinary work can produce a decent life. A cleaner or security guard should be able to afford a decent car, live in a decent home, access quality healthcare, and provide their children with quality education. A decent life should not be a luxury reserved for the wealthy. It should be the reward for honest work.

Even Ukrainians who are at war do not live like this. Thank you Pres. Tinubu.
IT CAN'T BE WORSE THAN THIS When we try to question the policies of the Tinubu’s regime that have thrown millions of Nigerians into poverty, they insult us in the name of 'Yoruba lo kan'. Oya, see their mothers, fathers, uncles, aunties and everybody queuing for free bread 🍞 in Yoruba land. See some men and women even in their 70s and 80s are not left out. This is common bread that ordinarily should be the cheapest food. Just take a look at the crowd. The last time they were throwing it from the back of an APC branded truck in Ekiti. This one is Lagos. There is no POVERTY, no HUNGER, no DEHUMANISATION that can be worse than this. It has become very clear that the SW will suffer more in another for years of Tinubu. No doubt about that. See wetin Tinubu don turn una with una mama and papa to. Ordinarily bread o. Olorun maje. Oya, come and interpret my surname maybe that will make them share more bread for you.😭😭😭

You are on the right track to answer these questions. Fix education and you fix a society. Not just the quantity but the quality of education. One suggestion I have is that every child (in the south east which is your focus) should be exposed to the environment and lifestyle of countries like Germany, South Korea and so on. Since it may be impossible to send everyone in person, we can adopt virtual reality to simulate the streets of Seoul, Berlin, Stockholm, Zurich. When you have it engraved in the psyche of a generation of young people what the expectations are of a society, it becomes natural that they will grow to build their environment like that. But Nigeria as it currently is reproduces its own dirtiness, ugliness and dysfunctional society because that is about all the people know and understand.
I’ve noticed that the waterways and rivers in all the countries I’ve visited so far are remarkably clean and have no unpleasant smell. But back home, our waterways are extremely dirty and smell terrible. Why can’t we learn from these countries and keep our waterways clean?

As much as we want to attack this piece of news… and also acknowledging that it is a paid headline laden with ulterior motives and preparing the global observers for the impending theft of election, the question we must ask ourselves is: IS IT WRONG? My answer is No. So long as the opposition are split between the stooge, Sowore, Atiku, Obi, the Ibadan man, and the SDP candidate, No one opposition party will gather enough steam to remove the ruling party. ALL opposition parties must unite under 1 ticket, combine their support, structures and votes to remove APC. This is as simple as light and day.
The Nigerian president’s unpopularity will probably not be enough to dislodge him. It helps that the opposition is splintered and disorganised economist.com/middle-east-an…

How quickly the world will know lasting peace if it is agreed that Presidents, Prime Ministers, Chancellors and their children must fight on the frontlines of all the wars they start! So long as war is about politicians sipping champagne in their offices while sending young men and children of the poor to die, peace will remain elusive.
