Dwyane Wade’s advice to Bam Adebayo and Giannis in order to win, is having a real conversation about who’s team it is and their roles: “Bam is a player who established himself as a franchise player, an All Star, 83 points last year. Now you’re getting a top 20 established player in the league coming to your team. — What I look at is really defining who’s team it is and role of that. You want Giannis coming down right away and feeling comfortable and confident that he can be Giannis 100%. I want to see Giannis come down and say ‘hey bam, I got this.
