FOCUS | Fitness & Final 3rd Play ⚽️ • 1-2-1 session with Cefn Druids Academy player Tom Blaze 😁 • We worked predominantly on Toms fitness and stamina after not playing for a few months, we then turned our attention to his play within the final third of the pitch. • DRFC💚⚽️
