This patient's healing journey really warmed my heart. It was a long road, took almost a year to get to where we are today. 🪻
Read the thread and see the recent pictures...
Consulted a modern dr. who said she would need steroids but whether it would be completely healed, was still a question.
Patient chose to not have those medicines.
Around the same time, a year ago, she consulted us.
It was a pretty slow recovery but this is where we are today 👇🏼
She's kinda happy that she gets to wear her anklets now, that she wasn't able to wear all this while.
And that makes people like us happy 😌
What more do I say?
#Ayurveda #SuccessStories
A large proportion of aches, pains & stiffness that we see today seem to be due to #underexercising rather than overexertion.
People assume that it is a result of tiredness & hence, they tend to relax thinking rest is what the body needs.
This truly is messing up with & degrading the bone & muscle health further.
It'll truly take a few sessions of mobility work or targeted strength training to wake the body up so the process of strengthening & ultimately pain relieving begins.
The #InternationalDayofYoga session truly reflected the essence of Yoga as described by Maharshi Patanjali: "योगश्चित्तवृत्ति निरोधः" - the calming of the fluctuations of the mind through practice of all 8 limbs of Yoga, not just Asana & Pranayama.
Through the practice & understanding of the Eight Limbs of Yoga, we demonstrated how Yoga can guide us towards self-awareness, love, discipline and inner peace.
The mat was only the beginning; the real #Yoga starts in the way we think, act & live every day.
#Raisins (munakkas) are superfoods! Well, almost! With their excess alkalinity, they help maintain acid balance of the body, thus helping combat chronic acidosis that results from excessive and chronic consumption of meat and cereals.
In Ayurv., a fascinating & lesser-known fact about large munakka is that it is considered "lateral" in its movement, i.e. it nourishes the body's tissues horizontally rather than strictly top-to-bottom, effectively flushing & replenishing deep bodily channels without overheating.
Day by day, it gets harder to ignore how many industries make people work in tough conditions. No breaks, health hazards & zero respite until the body reaches a point of extreme breakdown.
How did we become a society that values the output so much more than the person behind it?

🚨This is what everyone should talk about AI India Summit not one off incident of Galgotia
Bharat has successfully made LLMs scanning Lacs of Ancient Manuscripts ❗️
•Ancient Medicine & Surgery
•Ancient Mathematics
•Ancient Sciences
•Ancient Ayurveda
The more the West repackages ancient knowledge to sell it back as modern science, the more we should be convinced that we were right about our theories be it in science/medicine.
And the more it should remind us that we must practice our #science while the proofs follow.
