The UK High Court has recently cleared a major crypto theft case to proceed
Plaintiff Ping Fai Yuen alleges his wife accessed his wallet details secretly.
The case involves 2,323 $BTC allegedly transferred without consent, according to @CoinDesk. The funds were held in a Trezor cold wallet.
Ping Fai claims the seed phrase was captured via a home CCTV camera.
The funds were transferred without authorization in August 2023. The BTC remains spread across 71 wallets and has been unmoved since December.
While I was in prison, routine and discipline mattered more than motivation.
