We have a chronic disease epidemic.
93% of Americans are metabolically unhealthy, and FOOD is the primary cause and the cure.
Yet doctors learn almost nothing about nutrition, the microbiome, or toxins. Until we change this, we’ll keep treating symptoms instead of causes.

Food is the most powerful tool to change your biology. It’s basically code or instructions that changes your physiology with every single bite.
It changes your gene expression. It changes your hormones, your brain chemistry, your immune system, your microbiome, your neurotransmitters. Everything can change, and not in years or decades, but literally in minutes.

Chronic fatigue isn’t a caffeine deficiency. Heart disease isn’t a statin deficiency. Depression isn’t caused by low SSRI levels.
Every diagnosis deserves a deeper question: Why?

The first trial of creatine in Alzheimer’s disease was just published and the results are big.
Patients took 20 grams of creatine monohydrate daily for 8 weeks.
Brain creatine levels rose 11%, and cognition significantly improved across multiple domains, including memory, reading, and attention.
Nearly every participant stuck with the protocol. No drug, no major side effects.
Caveat: it was a small, single-arm pilot study with no placebo group, so results must be interpreted cautiously.
Still, encouraging signs from a humble supplement.

Vitamin D is a super nutrient. It acts almost like a hormone in your body and is responsible for modulating hundreds of chemical processes.
Supplementing with vitamin D could cut your risk of dementia by nearly half
In a study of more than 12,000 older adults, those who supplemented with vitamin D were 40% less likely to develop dementia over the following decade
And after just 5 years, 84% of vitamin D users remained dementia-free compared to only 68% of non-users
This benefit even extended to people with mild cognitive impairment and the APOE4 gene—a major genetic risk factor for Alzheimer's disease

Autoimmune diseases like lupus, MS, and Type 1 diabetes are spiking post-COVID. Research suggests viral infections may trigger immune dysregulation, and long-COVID is a real, ongoing crisis.
But where’s the conversation about supporting immune resilience instead of waiting for new drugs?

Diet-related disease is the biggest health crisis of our time.
But instead of fixing the food system, we’re handed:
-Weight loss drugs instead of real food
-Insulin instead of reversing diabetes
-$12B in soda-funded SNAP benefits
The system profits when you’re sick.

We already have a win!
Thanks to the attention this issue received today (Bayer lobbying through a front group to get immunity for glyphosate), the Oklahoma house has PULLED THE BILL.
Thank you @repdellkerbs - MAHA is a vital new coalition. Let’s forge a better path!
You can’t make this up.
A German pharmaceutical company that helped Hitler during World War 2 (@Bayer) bought Monsanto and is now sending mailers in states saying lawmakers are pro-China if they don’t vote for a bill giving glyphosate legal immunity.

On Wednesday, @RobertKennedyJr will testify before the Senate Finance Committeee.
The chair of that committee, @MikeCrapo , gave a powerful testimony to our Roundtable last year defining the stakes.
He talked about being let down by the current healthcare system, taking matters into his own hands by consuming books and podcasts, and experimenting with a WHOLE FOOD diet to radically improve his biomarkers (and thus his health, happiness, and longevity).
He talked about how the current FDA and CMS regulations disincentivized him on this journey of wellness by preventing access to preventative monitoring.
Our country would be RADICALLY TRANSFORMED if more Americans embarked on Senator Crapo’s path of curiosity to spur awe of the inter-connectivity of our human bodies and implement common sense actions to reverse disease.
Let’s not forget the monumental stakes of this nomination.

Big Food doesn’t value health over profits. They go back on their promises. They use crazy man-made ingredients. They don’t tell us the truth. This is why I started Truvani, so that we could change the industry from the inside. TY @megynkelly

Tucker and @drmarkhyman discuss the epidemic of ultra processed foods and how it’s killing us.
“The drugs that we're using for the diseases we have are not the right treatment. The right treatment is changing what we're eating.
Heart disease, it's up 50%. Cancer is up 30%, 60% higher in those under 50. We're seeing cancer rates rising in the young.”

Make America Healthy Again starts in your kitchen not the White House
Focus first on self/family if applicable
Then branch out into community: schools, preschool programs, church food
The church should be a leading example on taking care of and nourishing the body God gave us
Ask your pastor if you can volunteer to be in charge of any church events food will be served
