You want energy this morning … it’s not gonna come in a can …. It’s insane how these 2 emotions lead to so much “juice” and how these opposite emotions are so soooo good at taking the juice out of you. So before you go for that garbage energy drink or your 4th cup of caffeine .. remember … being grateful and being excited for the future is how you actually “get going” and if you’re reading this and you are like “sure but I don’t feel those things” .. challenge yourself to figure out what you need to change to start the process to “get there” ❣️❣️❣️

Have you ever felt like you're not good enough?"
You are worthy
Not because of what you are.
But because of who you are.
Self -worth is defined by Merriam-Webster as:
“A feeling that you are a good person who deserves to be treated with respect”.
Tips to improve self-worth
1. Practice self compassion.
2. Challenge negative self- talk.
3. Set and celebrate small achievements.
4. Practice an attitude of gratitude
5. Surround yourself with positive people and support.
6. Engage in activities that you enjoy.
Building self-worth is an ongoing journey.
Be kind to yourself.
