Sunny 3 mile run today, there was a good frost on the ground earlier this morning. – at Sheboygan Falls, WI

Last night's group run. Beer at the end, and I also brought a birthday cake. I turned 69 on Tuesday.

3.8 mile run/walk. Coming back from not running is so hard on my ego...but I am so happy to be running again!!

3.3 mile run/walk. Fitness is slowly coming back. The walk breaks are getting shorter!

I haven't been running for 3+ months, I had hip replacement surgery on the right side to take care of my arthritis. have been walking, but now 6 weeks post surgery getting back at it. 3 minute walk/2 minute run, repeat, felt great!!

Got a nice walk in. Sprinkles at the beginning, but blue sky half way through.
