Agents resend the whole context on every call, often dozens of times per request. If you change one token near the top, you pay full price for everything under it. Context layout is a cost decision. I wrote up a few months of harness design research. Highlights below 🧵

Tinker's new StableReinforce objective is Reinforce + Score Centering. Here's how I reverse-engineered it 🧵
Off-policy RL is difficult; runs can suddenly collapse because of async RL staleness or numerical mismatch. StableReinforce is a new method on Tinker that keeps your RL runs stable, even when learning drifts from sampling. tinker-docs.thinkingmachines…

10 years ago I joined @zeithq as employee #6. Today it's @vercel ▲ Over 4k+ merged PRs across ~150 repos later, here's a look back 🧵

In a few short weeks, I'll be running the New York City Marathon for the first time. I'm unbelievably excited, so I vibecoded a website called Map The Marathon to celebrate 🎉 It shows you the routes for popular marathon courses, in 3D with some tips along the way.

Just look at those numbers.
my least favourite graph from @nathanbenaich's report. "Four US hyperscales will spend $733bn in total capex in 2026. Europe commits 1bn"

Shipping Mima next week from SF! Thank you to all our wonderful private alpha participants (you know who you are!) I cannot wait to share what we've been working on with the rest of the world. Your feedback and support made this possible <3

microagi just crossed $100M in 6 months. Faster than Lovable, OpenAI, Cursor, Wiz, and every software company in history. We are living through an unusual moment where physical companies are starting to scale as fast as software companies. Huge thank you to everyone who made this possible! <3

the pace of @microagi is dizzying 🥵 the sheer talent density + coupled with relentless execution is 1/1. you'll hear a lot more from them, lucky to be a supporter with @beliefholdings
We went from 0 to $100M ARR in just 6 months after launching shift. Also we hosted Europe’s first Physical AI summit to accelerate distirbution of robots. And it still feels like day 0. Onwards

Today I remember those who died on October 7; who were abducted and tortured; who lost loved ones; who saved lives; who fight to protect us all. I see you. I also remember those who killed; who raped; who cheered; who financed; who excused. I see you. We will dance again.

Enfim

Todoist Ramble just got much better at understanding you with Gemini Live 3.8. In our benchmarks, task accuracy for, e.g., Slavic languages jumped from 39.6% to 85.4%! If you haven’t tried this lately, give it a run. It’s magical 🧙
