My main takeaway from using Gemini 3.8 flash is that speed matters.
All of the dead time I experience with claude is gone. I'm constantly in flow. It does work faster than I can feed it.
The second thing I've noticed (and I really didn't expect) is that a UI is better than a TUI for managing multiple agent sessions simultaneously. It's much easier to navigate and understand the state of each session.
