Writing this message is much harder than I imagined. Today, we announced the closure of MoonLabs Studio's operations and our games. The official communication explains the dates, withdrawals, and every next step. Here, I would like to speak from a different perspective: my own. MoonLabs was never just a company or a collection of games to me. It represented years of work, difficult choices, ideas that once seemed impossible, nights spent trying to solve problems, and the opportunity to build something that found a real place in so many people's lives. I had the privilege and responsibility of leading a team that continued to believe even as the market around us changed completely. I watched people put their talent, energy, and heart into Devikins and Dobro Goranku. And I saw something no roadmap could ever measure: players who met through PvP battles, created guilds, built healthy rivalries, shared strategies, and formed friendships that went far beyond the game. Not everything happened as we imagined. We made mistakes, faced limitations, made difficult decisions, and dealt with technical challenges that were often much larger than they appeared from the outside. Even so, we kept going. We delivered, fixed, learned, and fought to keep the games running through one of the hardest cycles the NFT and play-to-earn markets have ever faced. There comes a point, however, when persistence stops being courage and starts meaning that an inevitable decision is being postponed. As the person responsible for MoonLabs, I had to look not only at what we wanted to happen, but at what was financially responsible and honest with both the team and the community. Making this decision was painful. It does not erase what we built or diminish the value of everything we experienced. On the contrary: when I look back, I feel proud. I am proud of the people who were part of MoonLabs. I am proud of the team that remained committed even through the most difficult moments. I am proud of Devikins, Dobro Goranku, and every experience we were able to place in players' hands. And I am proud of the community that gave all of it meaning. I want to personally thank every team member who dedicated part of their life to this project. To the players who were with us from the beginning, those who joined later, the ambassadors, creators, moderators, and everyone who gave us feedback, support, and the pressure we needed to become better: thank you. I know this news will be received in different ways. Some people will feel sadness, others frustration, and all of those reactions are valid. The least we can do now is conduct this closure with respect, transparency, and responsibility.
