Lately, Iโve tried as much as I can to stay away from topics like this. But you see, a lot of people donโt talk about these things because they believe itโs just a matter of time before their time comes โ so why not just patiently wait?๐คท๐ผโโ๏ธ
Others will look at you as someone whoโs just looking for a seat at the table when you say these things, so people keep suffering and smiling.
At the end of the day, the people of Akwa Ibom (masses) have no business being poor with all the resources at its disposal.
Masses in parenthesis because the political class is up there with the richest political class by state in the country.

Dear Architects, why wait until 2 days before delivery to involve a structural engineer? We also need adequate time to design, review, consult and resolve structural issues before returning the design. Two days is not enough for quality work. Letโs collaborate early!

The thing is - many towns in Nigeria are already at this level, and still improving. I went to Aba, I was impressed. Calabar, I was impressed. In the last 10 years, Nigeria has improved a lot in terms of infra and it will only get better.
