Want to see more positive change? Double down on relationships, suggests P @GlynnPrincipal.
ALT "Connections and relationships are what build a strong culture. Those two things are developed through intentional, authentic interactions. Invest in your Interactions with students, staff and families. Then, witness the positive changes that occur. It starts with one conversation!" ––Principal Michael Glynn
