minwook got something for each of the members 😭😭 🐈‍⬛: on the day we were leaving chicago, our flight was a bit delayed, so we had about an hour... an hour and a half to spare. 🐈‍⬛: so the day before, i told the manager that i wanted to go shopping. i said it to the members who wanted to rest could rest and those who wanted to go shopping could go together... so we went shopping 🐈‍⬛: we went to su**preme. at first, i was going to use the money for shopping but... ah seriously, im really bad at talking today. my story is all over the place, isnt it? im sorry... 🐈‍⬛: anyway, when i thought about it, i'd only given seungho a bday present this year. which meant i hadnt given xiang yeojun and kyoungbae bday presents 🐈‍⬛: so i thought about buying bday presents for xiang, yeojun and kyoungbae while we were in the us. but then... xiang's birthday is in february so his next birthday is less than 3 months away now... so i wondered if that was really the right thing to do.. 🐈‍⬛: and if i bought these things for the members, how would i explain it to seungho? i'd already given him a bday present, so i'd be buying these for the others because i hadnt given them bday presents. and what about sungmin kenshin? i'd have to tell them, "i'll get u smth for ur bday when the time comes" somehow, that felt a lil awkward too.. so i thought i'd just get everyone smth small instead 🐈‍⬛: the money i'd received wasnt really enough to buy clothes for all 7 members. so i thought i'd go to supreme and get them all hats. i thought it'd be cute if all 7 of them could each get a hat & wear them together 🐈‍⬛: when we got to supreme, i told to the members that i'd buy each of them smth if they picked one within this price range, using the dollars i'd received & adding a lil of my own money 🐈‍⬛: but xiang and kyoungbae didnt come because they wanted to rest, so 5 of us went. i told them... "if you pick something within that price range, i'll buy it for you" but they said there was nothing they liked at supreme.. i was like "oh? really? thats not good..."ㅋㅋㅋ 🐈‍⬛: but then kenshin picked something. the hat he chose was $190 before tax. so with tax, that'd be around $210 right? that would be almost 300,000 won for just one hat 🐈‍⬛: how could i possibly buy that for him? im not someone who would even spend 300,000won on a hat for myself. but kenshin didnt choose it expecting me to buy it for him. he had decided to buy it with his own money 🐈‍⬛: so i was thinking, what if they couldnt find anything they wanted? what was i supposed to do if they said they didnt want anything? i couldnt exactly say "no, im the one buying, so i'll pick something for you" and just choose something for them.. 🐈‍⬛: so i just bought a short-sleeved t-shirt for myself at supreme and left. after that, we went to a vintage shop. we looked around there, and then there was an adi**das store nearby, so we went to adidas. they had a lot of nice things there 🐈‍⬛: thats where the members started picking things out one by one. but when they started choosing, everything was a lil more expensive than the price range i'd mentioned. 🐈‍⬛: we were short on time too. we had to leave pretty soon, so we didnt really have time to look around at our own pace. members ask me, "hyung, this one costs around this much. is that okay?" and i'd say "yeah, okay.." 🐈‍⬛: there were even some things i hadnt properly looked at. i'd just go.... "oh, okay, okay, give it to me" 🐈‍⬛: ah, because i still had to pick things out for kyoungbae and xiang myself you know? so while i was choosing something for xiang, i'd also look for something for kyoungbae. i'd see something in a style he doesnt usually wear but that i thought would suit him, so i'd pick that out, but then that would be expensive too.. ah but when am i supposed to pick everything? we didnt have much time left, but i still had to choose things 🐈‍⬛: anyway, since it was the members' first time in the us, i still bought each of them something
