Australia's big wins chasing in the fourth innings have been 282 in Birmingham, and 281 in Christchurch. PitchViz for the fourth innings in those games was 4.7 and 4.3, pretty much where we are now. Australia have done this before.

The A-League lost a generation of fans in 2015 when the FA didn’t back active support. The A-League lost another generation of fans in 2022 when the APL prioritised government money over fans. It’s 2026, and it’s all going to happen if the APL doesn’t stand up for the fans.

Football Australia have issued Sam Cosgrove with a $2,000 fine and a two-match A-League suspension, with one match suspended. Cosgrove will miss Auckland's match against Brisbane Roar on Friday night and will next be eligible for selection against Wellington Phoenix in Matchweek 4.
