Paul Kinnerk must be up there with the greatest coach we have seen in Gaelic Games.
Very few have been able to transfer academia on to the grass. He’s the standard bearer for coaching in Gaelic Games. 👏👏

When your mind feels stuck, get outside and move your body 🌳🏃♂️🚴
Did you know that just 20 minutes in nature can help reduce stress levels? Spending time outdoors and moving our bodies can calm the mind, help us focus and boost our emotional wellbeing. Fresh air and exercise aren’t just great for our bodies, they’re great for our mental health too.
Sometimes the most helpful thing we can do is just get moving outside. Reconnecting with the natural world also helps us find new perspectives. So if your mind feels busy today, head outdoors for a while. You don’t need to have everything figured out. Just take the next step forward.

Superb 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🫶🏻
The ordinary moments in life are so precious but we often take them for granted. I find this idea that ‘there will be last time’ really helpful to remember.
