They sold the memberships and we added people. The benefit of flexibility for the buyer, we overpaid for the space; but we decreased the long term risk. WeWork got the benefit of amazing profit based on incredible demand for a terrific solution.

WeWork was great for us. We never paid rent. We paid membership fees. Terms could be cancelled in 30 days. Write a letter, get bigger, get smaller. When we grew out of it, no timetable to leave. What a great thing, a membership not a lease.
