In STEM, women are underrepresented in GEMP fields (geoscience, engineering, econ, math/CS, physical science), but not LPS fields (life sciences, psych, social sciences). In GEMP fields, women are as likely as men to move from PhD to tenure track; in LPS, they're less likely to.
