#airbnb their customer service continues to appall me. A host posted fake pictures of their space AND it was dirty. So I left early. The host retaliated with a bad review which is also against their policies. I'll let you guess what happened.

#airbnb I only got a partial refund AND Airbnb refuses to take down the retaliatory review despite it violating their own policies. I really don't understand how this company is still in business. It's impossible to talk to anyone reasonable over there.
