i make ~$1k/day selling digital guides to 40+ year old women on facebook. no inventory. no suppliers or shipping headaches. no cogs i’m looking to build 1 more digital brand from scratch with someone. if you’ve been wanting to get into this, dm me.

if i can't think of 3-5 different products i could eventually sell to the same customer i probably don't want the niche. one product businesses are fragile.

there’s a ton of money sitting in boring niches find a painful problem turn the solution into an ebook/guide package it properly run meta scale the winners the product doesn't need to be revolutionary. the problem just needs to be real.

$0 COGS will never not be hilarious #AOVmaxxing

everyone talks about $0 cogs in digital ecom nobody talks about what happens when meta decides your $29 product costs $24 to sell 💀 margins don't matter if you can't acquire profitably.

pick the niche first. don’t start by asking “what ebook should i make?” ask “what problem are people already spending money to solve?” find that → use claude to help build the solution → package it into an offer → run traffic. way better way to approach digital products imo.

if you can find a painful enough problem, you can build a business around the solution. the hard part isn’t making the ebook. it’s finding the right problem, packaging the solution into an offer people want, then getting it in front of enough people. that’s the part i’m obsessed with rn.

what’s good ecom twitter 🤝 switched to digital ecom this year. selling e-books & guides with AI. $0 COGS. insane margins. no inventory. instant delivery. endless niches. cheap impulse buys. Meta ads. bundles + upsells. pretty damn bullish on this model. 🫡

been building digital ecom brands from scratch this year. the model is simple: find a painful problem → build the offer → acquire customers → optimize → scale. i’m opening up a few spots to build alongside people who want to do the same but don't want to spend 6 months figuring out every piece themselves. if that's you, dm me.

if i had $2k and had to start a digital brand from scratch today: — pick a painful niche — build 1 killer digital offer — stack 2-3 upsells — launch meta — kill losers fast — scale winners no inventory. no warehouse. no 47-product store.

bro’s back to shilling ecom courses after every “next big thing” flopped. couldn’t explain the Andromeda update if his life depended on it 💀

one customer. $766 sale. this is what happens when you build a brand instead of dropshipping random crap. this game is too good sometimes.

fast forward to now, bro’s a proper baller in ecom.

calling someone a scammer for 12 chargebacks in 1000 orders is diabolical. either you’ve never run real volume or you don’t know how ecom works. most customers don’t chargeback because of “issues.” they do it because they can. banks ask zero questions. friendly fraud is rampant. for context, industry standard is around 2%. my last chargeback? dude said “i couldn’t figure out how to start a return so i called my bank.” 💀 when all he had to do was email us, clearly stated in the policy. this system is killing ecom lowkey.
I'm sorry but if you have a 1.2% chargeback rate you are a scammer

I don’t get the AI UGC hype. Tried a couple tools for my accessories brand.. Got unrealistic, lifeless content that couldn’t sell water in a desert. No free trial, had to pay $100 just to find out. And some of these “big guys” shilling this stuff? They’ve gotta be getting paid, because there’s no way anyone’s hyping Arcads & the others on merit.
