This is a BIG WIN for parental rights in Illinois! I’ve introduced legislation to stop JB Pritzker's mandatory student mental health screenings, and I applaud @usedgov for demanding changes to state guidance that puts parental consent and access to records at risk. Illinois must comply.

🚨 $6 AN HOUR IN THE PHILIPPINES: A federal jury convicted Sharmaine Meadows of Lake Elmo, Minnesota of stealing $3.6 MILLION from a Medicaid program that was supposed to get homeless and disabled people into housing. Prosecutors say she billed for "in-person" services from workers in Illinois and the PHILIPPINES, paid $6 an hour. She billed as if employees worked 20+ HOURS A DAY for weeks straight. The program started at about $2.6 million a year and blew past $100 MILLION before Minnesota had to SHUT IT DOWN. That happened on Walz's watch.

🚨 BREAKING: U.S. Department of Education’s Student Privacy Policy Office @usedgov just demanded that the Illinois State Board of Education (@ISBEnews) revise its guidance on mental health screenings for students as young as 3rd grade. Starting in the 2027-28 school year under Public Act 104-0032, Illinois public schools must offer annual screenings on emotional well-being, depression, anxiety, trauma, suicidal thoughts, and more. ISBE’s current guidance relies on opt-out and makes including results in a student’s official education record optional—risking violations of the Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment (PPRA) and Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). PPRA requires prior written parental consent for evaluations seeking sensitive mental/psychological information. Opt-out is not enough when school officials administer the tool. FERPA protects parents’ right to inspect and challenge education records; separating or hiding screening files can violate that right. SPPO Director Frank Miller: “Students should not be pressured into disclosing intimate information… without their parents knowing and consenting. Parents… should be able to access critical information about their child’s wellbeing without schools hiding or separating such information.” ISBE has until Nov. 13 to revise. This is exactly what @Awake_IL has warned about for years and prepared for. In September, Awake Illinois released “Opt-In Only: Guidance for Illinois Boards of Education”—a ready-to-use model policy that: • Meets the state requirement to offer free screenings (participation is not mandated) • Requires affirmative written parental consent (the federal gold standard under PPRA) • Protects parental rights and reduces district FERPA/PPRA liability • Treats schools as temporary custodians, not clinics or second parents As founder @Shannon_A_IL put it: “Parents direct the upbringing, education, and medical care of their children. The gold standard is opt-in only.” Illinois school boards: adopt (or adapt) the Awake IL model policy now to stay compliant with both state and federal law. Parents: demand it of your board. SHOCKING: New legislation proposed in Canada, that if you are inefficient or deemed a burden to the state, MAID can just off you. In some cases, WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE or CONSENT. This reminds me of a certain country, during the 1940s who thought it was their duty to genetically clean up society…
Shocking - New Liberal MAID bill would allow MAID/euthanasia to be administered in certain circumstances WITHOUT informing the patient of what is about to happen. If someone signs an advance request, the practitioner would NOT be required to even talk to them before ending their life.

Rant: Got last minute travel today, so won't be doing a Democracy Files drop today. But saw that the person at the center of the files posted about "unimaginable horrors." Let me tell you why I got interested in "democracy" in the first place. I've told this story many times, but here again: I was DOGE adjacent from the very beginning. I was recruited by several DOGE teams in January 2025, because I was excited about the opportunity to finally cut spending and taming the national debt. Bu then - Tesla Takedown protests happened. People got so worked up that they were firebombing innocent Tesla owners. A viral website with a Molotov cocktail cursor prominently featured my husband's address. I was doxxed in the middle of that, and forced to flee the state and homeschool my children. That's when I started researching and writing UNELECTED. I quickly found the groups organizing and funding the civil unrest were all about "democracy." It made no sense to me. DOGE wasn't overturning elections. They were cutting obviously silly awards - given our national deficit, who would object to that? Silly me! Turns out "democracy" means diffused rule by unelected people, and all that USAID money going to marginalized groups to build a "civil society" is the foundation of that. So the immune system of "civil unrest" can be activated anytime, and terrorize anyone who dares to step out of line. Such as DOGE employees. Such as me and my family. That research trail led me all the way to DemAID (now DRG), a group of ex-USAID officers. Led by you and Ro Tucci. @iamlisalogan and @SKDoubleDub33 found DemAID on video taking credit for these protests. But this isn't about me. This is about the United States. And about the dozens of countries wrecked by color revolutions. You aren't solving polarization. You are the source of polarization, because in the process of building "civil society," you are displacing people's inborn allegiances and training them up to attack the very foundations a nation are founded upon. Nor is this about revenge or anger. I'm calling on everyone to pray that no more damage is done, and that we can find a path forward that preserves our Constitutional Republic.

Never forget that days after Charlie Kirk’s assassination, Ilhan Omar said his legacy “should be in the dust bin of history” and the real “jarring” thing was not his murder, but the fact that people want to honor him. Justice will be served soon enough…

Palatine police spent weeks tracking down a scammer who stole $73,000 from a grocery worker, extraditing him all the way from PA—only for an Illinois judge to cut him loose. That's the SAFE-T Act at work, people.

🚨DataRepublican @DataRepublican just confirmed the quiet part out loud: Illinois Governor JB Pritzker @GovPritzker is explicitly named in the videos as one of only two governors willing to green-light the “illegitimacy memo”—a playbook for declaring a duly elected President illegitimate after the midterms so Democrat governors can claim they are the only legitimate U.S. authority. This isn’t abstract “resistance.” NSL4A (the retired military and national security officials operationalizing the plan) and Pritzker’s own Governors Safeguarding Democracy group have been working the same sequence of redlines, including treating lawful federal pushback against coordinated protests as proof of illegitimacy. Add the funding layer—his sister’s role in the Democracy Funders Network—and the coordination stops looking coincidental. Imported regime-change tactics, billionaire governors, and ex-military networks drafting the conditions under which states nullify federal authority: that is the actual document trail. DataRepublican has the receipts.🔥
Yes, he is. 1. The videos explicitly name the Illinois governor as one of the two that were willing to buy into the illegitimacy memo. 2. He’s co-chair of Governors Safeguarding Democracy which apparently liked the memo and presentation. 3. I believe Democracy Funders Network is involved in a lot of the funding and his sister chairs that.

.@GovPritzker dissed Illinoisans when he told unhappy residents to "get up and move." He also dissed Indiana when he called it a "low-wage state" that "does not provide health care..." The reality is Pritzker's record vs Indiana is horrible. We lay it all out in our "separatist" article at Fight for Illinois. #twill
