As we depart England, a few reflections on an amazing @Ridley_College experience at the Henley Royal Regatta 2026
3. Enjoyed running into the Brentwood College ‘96 crew (and their legendary coach Tony Carr) who rowed in tribute to the 30th anniversary of their PE Challenge Cup championship. The trophy also featured the names of many legendary @RidleyRowing crews!
4. The rowing world is small and the number of Ridley alumni, connections and comments were heartwarming. “Great to see Ridley back!” was a common refrain. Thanks to @rowingcanada for the party! Overall, an amazing experience for the boys & lifetime memory for their families!
Excited for the first day of competition @HenleyRegatta Steeped in history and tradition, the HRR shares a deep legacy of rowing that includes @Ridley_College and many other great schools from the UK and around the world. Tomorrow @RidleyRowing boys 4x write the next chapter! 🇨🇦
Congratulations to @RidleyRowing crews competing in the 99th @StotesRegatta in Philly this weekend.

So sad to hear about the passing of Jim Bradley. @Ridley_College’s motto is ‘May I be consumed in service.’ I know of few others who embodied this sentiment more than Jim Bradley. /1

Not enough Canadians are talking about this.
The Canadian women are on an incredible run. They’ve outscored opponents 227-50 in the tournament. They just defeated the defending world champions. And they’ll play in the final next Saturday.
