Sa CCTV footage, makikitang dumaan ang biktima malapit sa drainage na natakpan ng baha bago ito biglang mahulog sa butas.
Sinubukan naman siyang sagipin ng mga nakasaksi, ngunit hindi na siya naabutan.
Makalipas ang halos isang oras, natagpuan ang bangkay ng biktima malayo sa lugar kung saan siya nahulog.

Lagmay: With limited resources in the country, we want to maximize the use of science so that we will be more effective in our investments. That is where we will use the PHP1 billion. And we hope that it's not only for this year. We hope that it will be sustained because our country needs it.
