Entertaining, humbling and inspirational adaptive adventure session at @kendalmountain with @edjackson8, Steve Bate and Darren Edwards. When it finished, the couple sitting next to me shook their heads and said 'wow'. A job very well done by all three speakers.

Outstanding few days of training out in Iceland with @edjackson8 and Darren Edwards, preparing for our big expedition in April. Conditions were “interesting”, with 77 km/h winds on day one. Train hard, fight easy! @TheRealBerghaus @coldhouse_
