There are things people think about you or ways they would describe you that you are totally unaware of.
"Describe me in 3 words" ig story. It can help you realize something about yourself.
You don't need to do or experience something yourself to be able to teach it.
You just need to try and fail at teaching others until you succeed.
I don't need personal life experience to educate people on a topic.
Meaning there's no pressure to experience everything.
Why would you live life looking for validation from everyone?
You'll just be upset.
Make a few relationships. Everyone else?
If they don't like you, they can go fuck themselves.
You can't get everyone to like you, even if you're the best person ever.
Right now, I feel like I give no fucks about anything.
Its so freeing and so saddening at the same time.
I guess freedom and meaning are opposites.
On iPhone:
To block websites: screen time
To block apps: download an app blocker
Do this every time you want to lock in.
Only one person can be in the angry boat.
So you be angry, to prevent the other person from being angry. Be angry for them.
If you're struggling to lock in:
Block snap (on all devices)
Block instagram (on all devices)
Block messages (on all devices)
This allows you to close a section of your mind, that can now be dedicated to work.
You can use screentime, but blocking outright is better.
If you feel like shit/unproductive, ask yourself:
Have you exercised in the past 4 days?
If not, go right now.
It does something to you when you stop your exercise habit. #1 way to be lethargic.
Prevent yourself from accessing iMessage on your Mac clicking in the settings bar "Messages" > Settings > "iMessage" and then signing out of your iCloud.
If you're wondering why everyone disagrees/doesn't listen to you, YOU are the problem.
People don't just change their opinions willy-nilly.
You are supposed to give people suggestions, not tell people what to do/what is right.
When you go out, everyone should order different drinks.
When they come everyone tries everyone elses drink, and people swap so they get the one they like the most.
This applies to food too if you want.
Older guys know enough about the world through life experience.
Younger guys do not. Most will go through the same, long process of learning through life experience.
But some will want to get ahead and improve.
If you make content, your friends will probably find it weird. A lot of people will.
It makes sense, you don't live or want the same lives as others.
