Jacobsen Salt Co. is producing some of the highest quality sea salt in America. Hand-harvested from Netarts Bay on the Oregon Coast, the pure kosher salt is made over the course of two weeks, during which the team transforms the pristine seawater into giant flakey salt crystals.

Lite dinner from the farm. Lamb chops seared in tallow then brazed in beef broth in a La Cocotte Dutch oven. Jacobsen (led free) salt flakes for texture. Cutting board as a plate. Looks better for Twitter ;) but also makes the dining experience a little more special.
