Great day at the Lehigh Summer Slam going 1-1 against two of the best programs in SWFL. Picked up a close win against Lehigh and a close L to FBA. Great competition all around.

GAME DAY!! We are making the trip north to play the 2-seed Parrish Community. We are looking to break some hearts on Valentine’s Day LETS GO BEARS!!! 🐻 🏀

Bounce back win! Judah Lopez was dominant with 28 points. Ethan Bates and Eugene McCray both in double figures. We get our shot at redemption vs Gulf Coast on Friday for the conference title…

20 pts and great defense. Team came up short but I’m proud of how hard our whole squad competed!

We battled hard but lost to Parrish 62-48. Sophomore @ej2tuff_ dropped 20 with a D1 commit on him; Judah Lopez scored 19. Record 15-3. Onward!

When I started this tournament the vision was to create an event where teams can compete in meaningful games with unfamiliar opponents to prepare for postseason runs. I hope everyone took something valuable from their experience. Eugene McCray + Judah Lopez All-Tournament Team!

We were down at the half but thanks to the leadership of our seniors @Adams_Evan12 (birthday boy) and Ethan Bates, as well as excellent second half defense from Sergio Hernandez, Judah Lopez and @ej2tuff_ we took the win over ECS!

Through 6 games, #2 ranked sophomore guard in Florida (@ej2tuff_) is averaging 16.5 ppg 5.5 rpg and 4.2 apg. Many games sitting out fourth quarter. Tremendous improvement on defensive end, has grown to 6’3” since summer. Stayed tuned 🤫

Another SWEEP for the Bears! Freshies were off tonight but JV and Varsity both improved to 5-0. Varsity won 79-46. Ethan Bates led us with 20; Eugene McCray 19; Evan Adams 10. Again powered by the best student section in SWFL!

We heard a lot of talk before the game, but turns out the story at the end of the night was a SWEEP for the Bears! Sophomore Tristen Nunez dropped 35 in the JV win; Judah Lopez dropped 27 and 13, Ethan Bates 18, Eugene McCray 16 in a big varsity win. Both squads 2-0!

We are gearing up for another great season!

Thank you @cityofpalms1 for inviting us to the City of Palms Premiere and the Wally Keller Classic this coming season, Palmetto Ridge is IN!

Varsity got the win in the championship 62-37 over CSN. Thank you to @itsCoachQ for hosting. Plenty to work on as we continue summer.

Varsity finished 2-0 on Day 1 with two big wins. @WilliamsBrand0n led us with 18 in Game 1; @ej2tuff_ led us with 19 in Game 2, among many others in double figures in both games. Tournament play tomorrow.

Eugene has been working hard and is ready for the responsibility that is in front of him - the sky is the limit for this kid!!
