It's May, which is supposedly Mental Health Awareness Month. I've been thinking a lot about my old colleague John, who had a profound impact on my PhD work and helped shaped me to become the scientist I am now.
Mental healthcare support in the UK is not adequate.
Some will know that on 8th March, we sadly lost the amazing John Moat from @uniofwarwick, and in his honour, his cousin Amy is running the London Marathon to raise awareness and funds for mental health charities: tinyurl.com/mttbfyhz
