@ArgosHelpers Bought a sun lounger online, click and collect, and this happened after the first use. How can I return a faulty large item which now is without its packaging?

@ArgosHelpers What’s the best way to return a sun lounger that has a fault. This happened after one use, which is not acceptable! The packaging has already been discarded. Thanks
