I can’t believe @British_airways think it’s ok to change my flight to one that’s 3.5 hours later. They’ll charge me a £200 “penalty fee” if I don’t like it and want to change it + the difference in flight cost. With 2 very small kids and a long onward journey that’s a big deal.

Without wanting to sound like a republican... I really need a pint of milk this morning.

Who fancies an impromptu quick half after work in Brighton near the station? Work-talk or to catch up. Whichever. It’s been too long since I’ve been in town (DM me so it’s not embarrassing if no-one replies 😜)

I think there might be an issue with the NHS 111 phone script. Wanted to ask about meds for a 2 year old (while I have a spare moment) but because he’s asleep, like a normal kid at night (and I didn’t want to wake him up) they have to “assume he’s unconscious”!? Eh what!?
Once upon a time I bulk bought black socks. Now they’re all wearing out at the same time. Now I’m going to buy lots of organic cotton patterned ones, but I just can’t choose. Want to choose for me? #lockdownactivities #thegreatsockhunt
Taking ‘me time’ these days means sitting in the carpark of Waitrose (it’s closed, I’m the only car) and listening to Classic FM. The rain on the car roof reminds me of camping.

If I eat 4 plums, 5 apples, a salami, a lollipop and lots of cake, I will turn into a beautiful butterfly #veryhungrycaterpillar #thingsmyboysays

Thankfully 2020 was resilience training, because 2021 is the next level.

It’s funny how when you list something for free on Facebook marketplace, you open yourself up to all sorts of abuse from the people who message you.
Wearing that blue sweater with the stars around the collar for my UK passport photo.

Just had an idea for a random acts of kindness lockdown thing; leaving cocktails on people’s doorsteps.

I walked downstairs whilst breastfeeding my 3 week old, forgetting that my toddler had put a breast pad ‘hat’ on my head and saw myself in the mirror and thought “You’re Rocking Mamahood”. How’s your morning going?

Dear internet. As a scrabble novice I am suspecting that ‘dusting’ in this position wouldn’t be allowed. Am I right?

It’s ok. I swore loudly and flipped the board. I feel better now.

I got the BT scam today where they phone up and tell you there's a fault with your broadband and they're going to "help you out" with it. Beware peeps. Be very beware.
Boring but true; I’m looking for recommendations for a painter / decorator in Brighton.

Why is my neighbour preparing a british flag outside his house which he says he’s going to hoist up at 11? Is there something commemorative going on on Saturday at 11? I hope so.

What with me being a Dutch national on one side and his neighbour on the other side being a French national. I like the guy, but...😬
