The Supreme Court heard a case last week that could make it harder to vote by mail.
WA permits ballots to be counted if postmarked by Election Day but delivered after. The court could force state officials to reject ballots that arrive after Election Day, even if postmarked on time.

The DOJ attempted to file a legal complaint against me in December demanding protected voter information but failed to correctly serve the state. When the DOJ can't perform basic legal actions correctly, it erodes my confidence that voters' protected data will be handled w/care.
NEW: The DOJ sued five more states — four of which are led by Republican election officials — over access to their unredacted voter rolls, bringing the total number of such lawsuits up to 30.
