pixelated corny conference ad for "Wait, what?: A future technology forum". The st louis arch, centre, is way fucking bigger than usual, above a bland wheat field with a shitty highway running through it. A multi-direction signpost on the right points towards things like "low-cost space launch", "artificial intelligence", and "your ideas here"

re: “problematic” as a media descriptor
I'm also getting fed up with the term 'problematic' re: media bc imo it's tailormade to not hurt feelings and tbh some feelings should get hurt! Marvel movies are vile propaganda for an empire currently focused on imposing "human-rights based" world order to service capital. That's not problematic. Problematic is making a joke about your own trauma in earshot of someone who is only just coming to grips with theirs. It's for situations that aren't good but aren't necessarily ones of intentional malice on behalf of one party or another.
