I don't know what the future for the Agile Manifesto holds, I just know that it's still an extremely valuable and meaningful document, even if it was just made by a bunch of white dudes who went skiing. I'm not ready for post-Agile until Agile actually gets its day.

I noticed that our daily meetings (aka standup meetings, previously) have remained under 15 mins, even though the number of attendees has doubled to 18 or so in 12 months.

But that was when remote attendees were the exception. Now that it's the default, and on-site attendees are the exception, the meeting feels smoother. Smoother than with a full on-site team, even.

I wonder if others have had the same experience.
