Been heads down working on the agent pear vault for months. So this launch is special to me! Testing every iteration, building the vault to what it is today and leading the business side of the launch alongside @hufhaus9
Agent Pear has grown from a signals engine into a fully automated live vault, executing the vision Pear has always had.
What we've ended up building is bigger than just a vault. It's an entire infrastructure stack, fully composable between HyperEVM and Hypercore.
Pear is no longer only the best place to do long/short trading, but has also evolved into vault infrastructure for hyperliquid. Proud to have built something real for the hyperliquid ecosystem.
At the time of writing this, $800k+ of the $1m cap has already been deposited into the vault.
Big thank you to everyone at Pear who has worked on this together with me and to those that have put their trust in us 🍐
Many more victories will follow
Hyperliquid.
Payward, the parent company of Kraken, announced its intention to be the first CFTC-regulated deployer on HIP-3* markets. Payward will use Hyperliquid as the infrastructure layer to deploy perpetual futures markets for US clients. Subject to regulatory approval, Bitnomial, Payward’s CFTC-regulated DCM and DCO, would act as the HIP-3* deployer: creating, owning, and administering the markets and clearing and settling the contracts. If approved, NinjaTrader Clearing, Payward’s CFTC-registered FCM, would carry client accounts.
HIP-3 will support optional deployer configuration for permissioned markets in a future network upgrade. This set of additional deployer functionality is collectively called HIP-3*. At its core, HIP-3* activation involves an onchain allowlist managed by the deployer or its sub-deployers. The functionality is strictly additive to HIP-3; its use is optional and up to the deployer. Existing markets remain unchanged. The initial release is available on testnet, where specifications are preliminary and subject to change based on feedback.
Hyperliquid is a neutral infrastructure layer with the goal of supporting large parts of the financial system. HIP-3* gives deployers additional functionality to operate deployments consistent with the requirements applicable to them. As with HIP-3, HIP-3* deployers are independent operators who use Hyperliquid as the onchain infrastructure layer for their own markets, while retaining control and responsibility over their deployment.

Copy trading is an interesting feature in itself. You can either choose to passively follow along with your favourite trader, or try and reverse engineer their trading style. Either way, you get real skin in the game, and you get exposed to trading styles you might not have found alone.
The leaderboard is a great way to discover interesting traders and thus synergizes well with this feature.
As opposed to onchain trading, I believe it's a more interesting and well suited feature for perps as long as you're intentional about it. Who you follow, how much, and when can become a strategy in itself.
Most interestingly, you have full freedom on how it works in your favor!
Introducing copy trading on Pear.
Pick a leader onchain and copy their trades at no extra fees to you, or earn from people following your trades.
First 20 funded signups receive $50 in additional copy trading capital to their account.

I've mostly moved away from onchain trading, but I still keep tabs on it.
I do think pump.fun got complacent for a while, but I respect the moves they've been making lately.
They clearly understand their market and they're fighting to keep it, shipping exactly what users want and plugging every spot where value was leaking out.
pumpswap → pumpbridge → now squads.
Owning every vertical that matters.
I believe 2 things matter most for getting to your goals faster, whatever they are: luck and momentum
1) Luck
Luck is mostly positioning and hard work. You can’t control when it shows up, but you can control how often you run into it and how prepared you are when you do. To a degree, you can create your own luck.
Lucky people try a thousand times until something lands. People who call themselves unlucky try a few times and stop.
There’s a common belief that you should say no to most things. I think you should be saying yes to more: going out, meeting new people, showing up. You only need to get lucky once to get the ball rolling.
2) Momentum
Luck gives you your first win. Knowledge and preparation turn it into the next one, and the next. Aka momentum: wins that start compounding.
When luck hands you an opportunity, take it with both hands. When you start building momentum, hold onto it as hard as you can.
Luck and momentum both snowball, but the moment you let go or get comfortable, things come to a halt. Getting the ball rolling from a standstill is so much harder than speeding it up once it’s moving. So protect whatever momentum you have and keep pushing to accelerate.
What ties both together is consistency. And unlike luck or momentum, it’s fully in your control. Luck gets the ball rolling, momentum speeds it up, but consistency is what keeps it moving when luck isn’t on your side and the wins slow down. It’s showing up on the days nothing is working, not just the days everything is. It’s also how you get luckier: the more often you show up, the more chances luck has to find you.
As with most things, your biggest enemy is you. Complacency will work against you more than anything else.
The path to your goal is never a straight line. There’ll be roadblocks, detours and things you can’t predict, but there’s always a way through.
So get lucky, build momentum, stay consistent, and see how far you can go!

I expect big gaming studios to become good shorts eventually
Indie games are shipping faster, iterating faster, and are more in touch with what people want to play. More importantly they have more freedom to experiment and bring in new audiences
The field is becoming more leveled each day.
