Ohhh you mean to tell me this; it’s NOT proper protocol for a victims clothing to be stored in a bag, inside an “investigators” car?? You mean.. there are secure areas for such items?? WOAAHHHH
JOHN OKEEFE DESERVED SO MUCH MORE THAN A MSP LED INVESTIGATION INTO HIS MURDER AS WELL!!

"So, let me ask you this, you processed the body and returned it to the bag, where does the clothing bag go next?"
"It stays with the decedent."
"Where does the decent stay?"
"They get placed into our cooler."
"What about personal property like a watch?"
"It goes into an envelope and then into our secure evidence locker."

"Now, Ms. Bulger, I want to focus your attention on that pendent on the right side of Ms. Birchmore's body. Exhibit 37. Did you see that pendent on Ms. Birchmore's body on Feb 1, 2021?"
"I did not."
"Because you would have taken it with you if you saw it?"
"Yes, if it was physically on the decent, it would be taken into our custody."
"So you didn't notice it there and so you didn't take it into your custody."
"Correct."
Long pause for effect.
Someone altered that crime scene.

Everyone seems to be misunderstanding the story about the mom arrested for leaving her 4 kids home while she went to Vegas.
>It was a work trip, not a vacation
>Babysitter came every morning to get kids ready for school
>The babysitter checked on them again after school
>The kids were 14, 12, 11 and 9
>She was coming home in 5 days
>Kids father charged with hitting the mother
>Florida has no law setting an age kids can be home alone
...call me crazy, but when I was a kid this would have been NO PROBLEM AT ALL.
I'm on the mother's side here, all charges should be dropped.

if the credible evidence establishes that Sandra Birchmore phone stopped logging movement/use a few minutes after Farwell arrived and shortly before he left, that is devastating evidence that the defense cannot explain, whether Farwell testifies or not. But remember, the U.S. Attorney still must do more than prove a murder, they must satisfy 1512 and Fowler, and still show it was likely that the killing was to silence a witness and where it was "reasonably likely" that information would have led to federal investigators. These extra requirements are all because of the ineptitude of the MSP. This case always deserved a fair and competent state investigation and should have been tried in state court. But Norfolk County...

It’s almost like the powers that be in Norfolk County knew these procedural technicalities and exploited them to let a police officer off for the statutory rape and murder of a young woman.
Do we even have an AG in this state?
Or a DOJ?

Note Kristina’s time line.
How does the defense possible refute this?

Matthew Farwell left Sandra’s apartment AFTER her phone stopped moving. John Fanning knew this yet still never considered Matt a suspect.
No wonder the public believes that @MassGovernor has a quid pro quo relationship with the @MassStatePolice. They give her their endorsement, she gives them the raises they request, unlimited/unregulated OT, and she will never question their investigations.

Wow, the DOJ now uses Sandra's phone, and video of Farwell, to show Farwell leaving Sandra's apartment at 9:43PM.
The last steps were recorded at 9:40PM on Sandra's phone.

The witness describes her experience with Apple Health step data."
"What kind of apple health data related to steps is detected by an Iphone or Iwatch?"
"The Iphone or Apple Watch as to steps is going to depict the number of steps that the device senses, regardless as to if its the phone and watch, and it will attribute a distance to that number of steps."
"How does the phone detect movement?"
"We don't know the precise methodology, but we know certain things. It uses a type of sense in the phone, and it does not use GPS.:

"When does the hyoid bone fuse?"
"The third decade of life."
"Have you see hyoid bone fractures during strangulations?"
"Yes."
"What about with fully suspended hangings?"
"Yes."
"What about seated hangings?"
"In people over 40, sometimes, because it doesn't give."
"Have you ever treated a patient under the age of 40 who suffered a broken hyoid bone from a seated hanging?"
"Objection."
"Overruled."
"I have never seen a patient under the 40 with a broken hyoid bone from a partially suspended hanging."
"What about your time as a medical examiner?"
"Never!"
"What about in the medical literature?"
"I cannot find one example, and I've looked!"

If I am on the jury for the #matthewfarwelltrial, the nail in his coffin for me is her phone data:
📱 7:57 PM: Birchmore texted a friend to ask for baby clothes.
📱 9:00 PM: Birchmore spoke with a coworker on the phone.
📱 9:03 PM: Birchmore sent a Snapchat message asking about a work schedule.
📱9:08 PM: Matthew Farwell texted Birchmore asking if he could "come by for a second.”
📱9:10 PM: Birchmore texted Farwell telling him the apartment door would be open; her phone also recorded sensory movement data at this time.
📱9:13 PM: Birchmore’s phone was locked.
📱9:14 PM: Surveillance footage showed Farwell entering Birchmore’s apartment building.
📱9:18 PM: The phone recorded a screenshot of a black screen.
📱9:28 PM: A coworker replied to Birchmore's message, which she never opened.
📱9:40 PM: Birchmore’s phone recorded its final movement (logging eight steps) before stopping.
📱9:43 PM: Surveillance footage showed Farwell exiting the building.
And no one ever heard another word, got another phone call, received a late night text from Sandra ever again.
Everyone that knew Sandra Birchmore testified that she was an over-sharer. EVERY ONE said that. Even her own therapist had to put up boundaries with Sandra because Sandra would contact her at all hours of the day.
BUT once Matthew Farwell left her apartment, all phone activity stopped forever.
None of her friends got the usual immediate update on what happened when Matthew Farwell left her apartment.
#SandraBirchmore left this earth while #MatthewFarwell was still by her side. His was the last face she saw. The person she called her best friend and the love of her life watched the life leave her and then left like nothing even happened.
I think the jury sees the evil and he will be found guilty.

"No."
"What about when the phone locked for the final time, did you have that?"
"No."
"What about when the phone moved for the final time?"
"Nothing."
"What did you know about the content of messages on the phone?"
"I did not have any information about the contents of text messages on the phone."
"What did you know about the cameras at Sandra's apartment complex?"
"Nothing."
"What did you know about the last person to see Ms. Birchmore alive?"
"Objection."

"I did not have any information about that either."
"What did you know about a history of consensual choking between Ms. Birchmore and anyone who visited her apartment?"
"I knew nothing about that."

"What did you rely on for that?"
"The intake report from Canton PD, the Mass. State Police preliminary report, and the information I got from law enforcement, and, also, the autopsy."
"During the autopsy you saw a fracture to the hyoid bone, an abrasion to the chest, abrasions above and below the furrow and a vertical mark on her chin, is that accurate?"
"Yes."
"Were you told about any male DNA on the ligature?"
"I was not told about any DNA on the ligature."
"What information did you have about the major contributor to that DNA profile on the ligature?"
"I did not have any of that information."
Boom.
