I'm back in the reading slump I just don't have the concentration or energy I miss it terribly 😔 My love of books hasn't disappeared but my ability to enjoy them is just not there right now My tbr is glaring accusingly at me It's not my fault....I promise 😔📚❤️

Found it so hard to get to sleep last night because my toenails were itching Is this a thing other people experience or am I just odd ? This morning by toe nails are back to normal and just kind of relaxing at the end of my feet 🙃 Anyway...have a lovely day folks 🙂

I am still finding the act of reading a physical book difficult but I am SO enjoying my current audiobook VIGILAUNTIE, a memoir by Merra Syal is just wonderful and one I would really recommend. I think the added bonus of her narration makes it perfect 👌

This morning I struggled to get my mind and body started, it took me hours to become functional. Tonight my body is telling me to sleep but I can't get my mind to stop. I've tried all sorts...it just won't shut up 😑

I finished Mad Mabel by Sally Hepworth and I loved it. The Characters were great and the story compelling. Very different Has anyone read any others by this author ? Any recommendations?
