Sophie Adendt traveled with Pikachu in space for 67 days. Pokémon gave us a female astronaut Pikachu to go with her! Only 20-22% of the global space industry work force is women. Representation matters 🥹❤️ I’ll be adding her to my Pikachu in STEM collection! 👩‍🔬

update to my stats, i was looking at an out of date article from 2021, but the % of women in the space workforce is now 24%! still low, but going up :)

parked next to a card w/ a jirachi sticker at the grocery and was like “cute!” and then we both walked out at the same time. they were a couple and jirachi was the gf’s fav pokemon and the bf played yugioh and liked my blue eyes shirt 🥹 i love being a lil nerd…… my people!❤️
