Just sent a DM. Your service is an utter joke in how you can leave someone for nearing 7 hours and counting. I would have driven the 1.5 hours to pick her up if she wasn't being promised someone in the next 90 mins at every call
She called up again about an hour ago and was promised a truck in 30 mins. After 40 mins she called again and they've now said 90 mins. This is utterly ridiculous as she'll be near 7 hours of waiting
@TheRAC_UK my cousin has been waiting for over 5 hours for a recovery truck when she was told it would be 2 hours max and now she keeps getting automated messages. Can anyone help?
