In Flowers v Mississippi, the prosecutor struck 41 out of 42 African-American prospective jurors. The prosecutor questioned Black prospective jurors a great deal more than whites. 7 out of 9 Justices saw the racism. But not Justice Thomas. newyorker.com/news/daily-com…
