As a follow up to the previous post, for commissioners these are artists that I would caution approaching. In short, money has been paid for work, and that work has not been completed for >1 year.

Again, I do not personally like to do this, but I also do not wish for other commissioners to fall into the same frustration of paying for work that is never updated or completed.
For artists and commissioners, do you consider it appropriate to publicly out scam artists?
I have a list of names that I have considered publicly posting, mostly so that other commissioners do not get scammed by them.
